Hello everyone!! my name is Dania Duran and I am 16 years old, and I am the youngest of my family. I was born in Phoenix AZ but I grew up in Mexico, I lived in two different states, Sinaloa and Nayarit. My parents decided to move there and take me when I was 2 years old because my grandmother was very old and she needed company. Living in Mexico was very fun, especially elementary school. I remember everyday after school I would always hang out with my friends, we would go play soccer or other games. When I was 12 years old my parents decided that it was best for me to come back to Phoenix AZ so I could have more school opportunities. After 10 years of living in Mexico, I came back. I did not know how to speak English, I remember I was scared to go to school. My family from here never stopped supporting me, they helped me learn how to speak, write, and read English.
